Rescue workers from the Pet Adoption Center sprang into action after receiving a report about a puppy cruelly abandoned in a pile of rubbish.
Upon their arrival at the scene, they discovered the little dog wrapped in a trash bag, lying motionless among the garbage.
According to the rescuers, the puppy was suffering from seizures when they found her, appearing extremely unwell.
One of them speculated that the dog’s owner likely abandoned her due to her illness, leaving the defenseless creature to fend for herself.
Wasting no time, the team carefully removed the puppy from the trash bag to assess her condition. It was evident that she was in a dire state — weak and sickly. Her previous owners probably discarded her, assuming she wouldn’t survive.
Initially, after being freed from the bag, the puppy started experiencing severe convulsions, seeming to be on the brink of death. However, the dedication of the rescuers proved unwavering; they refused to abandon the fragile animal.
Once home, they provided her with a cozy blanket and a warm place to rest.
Though still suffering from seizures and appearing close to death, her caretakers were determined to nurse her back to health, feeding her through a bottle and doing everything possible to give her a fighting chance.
In spite of her frail condition, the puppy began to show signs of improvement. It was a slow process, but she eventually regained enough strength to stand and walk.
Her journey to recovery was far from over; she still faced challenges like being underweight and hesitant around others. Yet, after a month of diligent care, her transformation was noticeable — she was healthier and stronger.
Although she remained timid, especially around people, she had come to trust her rescuers, who never gave up on her.
Reflecting on her condition when first found, it’s heartening to see how far she has come, thanks to the persistent and caring intervention of her saviors.
