On August 15, Josh Petit shared an emotional moment on Facebook. He recounted how the floodwaters in Baton Rouge surged dramatically, reaching a height of 2.5 meters within just two hours.While surveying the flooded area, Petit noticed some movement near a cluster of bushes.
